EXERCISE AND ADDICTION @NYTimes

Really fascinating piece in the NYTimes recently about exercise and addiction. Turns out addicts can kick habits more easily through exercise… also turns out non-addicts can get hooked more easily when exercising. Strange. On the surface, but the common ground (and one of the key reasons you should exercise) is that exercise ups your brain’s production of fresh new cells that are highly adaptable, energetic, and eager to learn. Cool stuff.
