Yesterday, I posted some info on a great beginner resource for body weight training – a question I often get asked by folks. Today? Some more advanced movements for your repertoire… or simply for your enjoyment. Some of these are absolutely crazy, and I can’t pretend to do many of them myself. But, it’s something to aim for, right? AND, more importantly, it give you an idea of just how much is possible, while reinforcing my message that it’s what you do with what you have. You don’t need expensive equipment or a fancy gym membership to get into super good shape. This is proof.
