First of all, if you’re looking for a quick, no excuses, no-equipment-needed, any time anywhere, kick-your-ass sort of workout? Than you really should be using body weight training. If you google the term “body weight training” you’ll get about 70 million results – and many of them are very good, but if you’re new to body weight training, than let me whittle it down for you.
