I love Flickr and I love science, so when I stumbled across NASA’s Flickr Account (who knew?!?) the other day I was… well, pretty much totally nerded out. But this isn’t just geeky stuff. It’s amazing stuff that I think everyone can enjoy: photos of rocket launches, the insides of gigantic telescopes, jaw-dropping photos from outer space, and amazing images of storm systems and entire ecosystems here on earth. Many images are a good reminder of how thoroughly spectacular our planet truly is. These are tax dollars I’m happy are at work. Enjoy!
