I don’t post a lot of recipes (although I probably should because we eat VERY well and it’s all healthy, vegetarian, and delicious), but this one was too awesome not to post! Came up with it in my head and than compared it against an online recipe just to make sure I wasn’t missing something… and I wasn’t. Spot on and so good! Very filling and chock full of nutrients, healthy fats, and protein + really really delicious – enjoy!
